    Max California was Phoenix's most awesome role. Mainly because of his name but partly because he worked in a porn shop and and got to say the line "Can I interest you in a battery operated vagina?"

    I saw 8mm in France. It was a long time ago but even so it's strange I don't remember the line, coz I'm sure it would have gotten a big laugh from a French audience. They love that shit over there.
