Titled

Britney gets a hair cut.

That's not news. Or at least it's not news for an entire week.

Besides, it's none of our business.

Comming soon: Real blogging on my part.

Not at all. If she didn't want her life turned into a bizarre three-ring circus, she should never have applied to become a global pop phenomenon.

That's beside the point.

What's the point, then?

The point is I don't get it man, I just don't get it.

Also, I sort of sympathise with her. Life in front of a lens must get quite annoying. What if she genuinely wanted to shave her head for fun? And now the newspapers say she's crazy.

And there was that time when she nearly dropped her kid and there were pop up opinion polls on the internet saying "Is Britney A Good Mum: Yes/No" as if any of us would actually know.

I suppose that's why it's an opinion poll. But I found it to be none of my business, whether she applied to be a global pop phenomenon or not.

stevcron - I suppose that's true...

scribe - I heard about this. I offer no sympathy, all she needs to do is wash her feet properly. *sigh* celebrities.

I've shaved my head twice since attaing the age of reason (I don't count the time i did it at twelve, as it was the style of the day), and i can attest that it garnered NO media attention.

OK, not entirely true as the local newspaper did a small piece on it, but that was cuz i was doing it as a fundraiser for a local AIDS group.

Still, it wasn't exactly front page of the New York Times, was it?

It's more attention than I got from growing. Granted, everyones hair is growing. But I grew mine for longer. It even went in my eyes! Sick or what?

How about selling Britney's hair...now that's newsworthy. And some trivia that sort of connects to scribe's comment:

Airlines don't have beans or bearnaise sauce on their menus becuse they produce too much gas. The pressure in the airplane could change too much.

Interesting....
